Regarding Banana House

1. What are the operating days/ hours?
Our trained customer service representatives will reply to your request within 48 hours.

2. I have sent an e-mail but have yet to receive any reply from BH.
Please check all your email inboxes including the spam inbox. Sometimes, our mails may be flagged as Spam mails. To avoid the problem, you may wish to add us (ilovebananahouse@gmail.com) in your mail address book too.

On our side, mails may be auto-generated as spam mails too. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please resend it to us, we'll definitely reply to your request. Thanks!


Regarding payment

1. What is the 'Reference number', as stated in your order form, under Transaction details?
The reference number is:
* ATM transfer: The 4-digit number on your receipt.
* Ibanking: The 10-digit number on your Ibank statement
[Please take note that: It is important to retain your receipt/ save your Ibank statement for verification purposes]

2. I would like to place an order, but how do I go about it?
If you are unsure of the procedure or the total amount to pay, please feel free to contact us (ilovebananahouse@gmail.com). Simply include the product code, colour & size in your mail. Thanks!

Regarding product

1. The product is sold! Will there be any stocks replenishment?
Sorry! Our products are on a 'First-come-first-serve' basis; there wouldn't be any restocks (unless otherwise stated). However, we may be bringing in similar designs in future. Hence, you may wish to join our mailing list to receive our latest updates!

2. Do you have any additional photos of the products?
Sorry! Banana House has posted all the available photographs on our website(s).

Regarding collections

1. How do I recognise you?
Upon payment, a contact number will be sent to you in our e-mail reply. You will be able to reach us at the number.

2. I'm unable to collect it myself. Can I get my friend to collect on my behalf?
Sure, no problem! However, please inform and provide us with the following details in your e-mail (at least a day before meet-up):
- Your friend's name:
- Your friend's contact number:


Regarding postage

1. When will I be receiving the goods?
For normal mail:
• 'Instock' items will be posted within 1-2 days upon your payment
• 'Preorder' items will be posted as soon as the goods arrive

For registered mail:
• 'Instock' items will be mailed on every Tues & Fri upon your payment
• 'Preorder' items will be posted as soon as the goods arrive

*SingPost normally takes 2 - 4 working days to post out items (excludes weekends/public holidays). However, as post is sorted out manually, please be prepared to wait up to 7 days for item/s to reach.


2. What is the difference between normal mail postage & registered mail postage?
Reply from SingPost:
* Normal mail postage: Article will be placed in your mail box
* Registered mail postage: Postman will deliver the article to your doorstep and will require your signature/ acknowledgement.


3. For normal mail: How will my goods be delivered since it's gonna be a big package?
Reply from SingPost:
* The article will be placed in your mail box if it can be fitted in.
* If not, a notification letter will be issued by SingPost. Customers can then collect the article from the allocated post office with the letter issued.

Regarding BH Membership

1. I've submitted my name & e-mail but have yet to receive any confirmation e-mail from you? Is the membership registration completed?
If you don't receive an email from us within 48 hours, please check all your email inboxes including Spam inbox. Sometimes automatically generated emails can be flagged as Spam statement for verification purposes.
Otherwise, please inform us and we'll be resending the e-mail to you.
